Measuring program impact and effectiveness.
Hello everyone,
I am currently working on a consistent way to measure program impact and effectiveness for museum visitors. Other than tracking number of participants and surveying guests after the fact, what are some ways your institution makes sure your programming is fulfilling its objective? I would especially appreciate any ways to capture qualitative data that can be used when writing/supporting grants.
