Bulk Lego Cleaning
Hello,
We opened a new Lego exhibit (15,000+ pieces) and wanted to see how other museums cleaned large amount of Lego?
We like to both clean dirt and dust as well as disinfect the germs as well.
In our smaller Lego exhibit, we would spray and wipe the pieces, but we might be outgrowing that now.

Merchandise Inventory Management
Hello all!
We recently switched our POS system to ROLLER and with this have found that their inventory management system is extremely limited. We are using Shopify for our Toy Store, and we have kept ROLLER for our Cafe.
I can add stock and set pricing and cost of goods, but that is about it. With the tier we currently have, we cannot track waste, adjustments, losses, discrepancies, invoicing, vendor management, or maintain accurate cost and margin rep...

Conservancy Management partnerships
Hello,
I am looking to connect with any children's museums located in a park or municipal public space managed by a conservancy. If so, I'm interested to know if the museum is part of the conservancy or is a tenant of a conservancy, and any risk/benefits to this.
Our municipal park system (with which we currently have a CEA for 99 years' usage and facility maintenance) is exploring joining a conservancy that will manage the park in which we sit - and try ...

Visitor/camper breaking exhibits
Have you ever had to remove a camper or a family for breaking an exhibit and/or putting other children/families in danger? If you have barred a family from returning to your museum, how did you manage it? How did it play out?
