Program Evaluation Plan
Hi all,
I am developing a program evaluation plan for our site to guide us when determining how often programming should be evaluated, which mix of evaluation formats work best for which program types, what should be benchmarked, etc. I was curious to hear if anyone else has such a plan they would be open to sharing, or if anyone is open to discussing what works for your site (or hasn't worked) when it comes to in-house program evaluation.
