Group Sales questions about orientation, refunds and reservation software
Hi everyone! I'm Kate Murphy, and I manage the Group Sales Department at Please Touch Museum. I took over the department in November 2025, and I'm hoping to learn how other children's museums handle some of the operational challenges that come with field trips and group visits.
Our Group Sales team consists of just two people (myself and a coordinator) and we both have additional responsibilities throughout the museum, so we're always looking for ways to improve efficiency.
