Staff Nametag Policies
Hi all. Wearing a nametag with the name that you go by (legal name not necessary, pronouns optional) has always been part of our uniform policy. Some guest-facing team members have discomfort around being identifiable. We want to support our teammates and support the organizational need for our guests to be able to know who's on the team and refer to people to share praise or feedback and to build positive team/guest relations.
