Field Trip Liability
Hi All! For those of you who do field trips, how do you handle your liability waiver for them? With our admissions, our visitors agree to our terms and conditions, including a liability waiver statement. For field trips, we have thus far been including a liability waiver in the contract with the school, but our legal team is questioning if we should be doing more (ie having families sign a waiver with their permission slip). Would love any guidance that you can provide!
