Said: That bit of knowledge alone is super helpful, about regulations. Bathrooms, they would definitely have to be self sufficient because we're a small museum with only 2 single unisex bathrooms for the building.

Said: We did receive a nice tax credit last year for work we did in 2022/2023. We built a new facility and were able to claim everything that is required to go into making the system work (Ex: pretty much all HVAC related items). ...
