Has anybody tried creating a "playable gift shop"?
We have a gift shop in our lobby and often find torn open packages, sets with pieces missing, books with ripped pages, etc. This is just kind of a part of having a museum shop full of things for kids, when parents' attention is turned towards the check-in desk. But it does result in a fairly significant amount of "shrink" every year.
