Hello!
I’m reaching out to gather insight on how other children’s museums handle situations involving member families whose behavior is consistently disruptive to other guests.

Lease Question: Revenue Sharing?
For those of you with leases, do you have a revenue-sharing component? If so, would you be open to sharing details?
We’re negotiating with our City and proposed a $1/year lease for 13,500 sq ft, plus covering our share of utilities. They’ve countered with that plus $1 per ticket sold.
Curious if others have similar arrangements and what your thoughts are. (We'd be asking to exempt Museums for All tickets from the revenue sharing.)
