Visitor Experience & Frontline staff alignment: Looking to present at ACM Interactivity

I am looking to partner with a session chair in presenting (inside of a session) on organizational alignment and empowering frontline staff. We have seen success in campaigns and initiatives with a unified organizational approach. I would love to share with the community and learn about your similar stories, pitfalls and questions. Data on Increased Attendance - Indoor Water Feature
Please share any data on increased attendance after the installation of an indoor water feature. CMSM is planning a new exhibit and needs to quantify the financial impact. Thank you!
