Budgeting for General Admission
Hello everyone!
Deep in budgeting season over here at Thinkery in Austin, TX and have a question for you all:
What do you use in your budgeting process to try and more accurately forecast your general admission revenue? Do you have an actuary who consults? Do you estimate based on previous years' average? How do you account for changes in your assumptions (new exhibits, pricing, marketing efforts, inflation) and how those will impact revenue?
