Health Insurance
I work at a small ethnic heritage museum. We have 3 full time employees and 1 part time employee. Gift shop and archives are managed by volunteers.
Currently, staff has no health insurance option. Two of us are on the plans of spouses, one is on their parents plan, but are about to age out.
