Safety and Accessibility Training Materials
Hi -
As we head towards opening and finalize training materials, I was hoping some of you might be able to share some of your own experiences or materials in training your guest services staff around the topics of safety and accessibility. I'm interested both in what resources you provide to your staff and to your guests.
I realize this is a broad request, but I'm interested in seeing really anything people can provide so that I can learn from your experiences.
