Said: I have been at two museums over the past 10+ years and we use Explorer Systems/Versai as well. I was tasked to find other programs that would best fit our needs and Versai is it. It captures all sales, donor management, thank you letter...
Said: We are also a smaller museum and we use Altru. It's very comprehensive and it does all of the things you listed above. I know we pay per constituent profile, so there are more affordable levels as well. 
Said: We use Explorer Systems/Versai.  We have used it from the beginning as a small museum.  They are attentive and can do most anything you need.  I like it as it is not a super huge vendor.Versai.com 707-279-2332.  ...
Said: We are looking at Neon and Cuseum to help with this issue. We haven't figured out an on site POS system yet, but were going to check out Quickbooks.
