Incident Reports
I'm just curious what other Museum's protocols are for following up on incident reports. Not just a paper cut or bee sting, but where ice was given and there was blood or bruising, hospital visit, etc.
It doesn't happen often but has happened twice since I've been here (1.5 years). We do have a form and First AID, etc. I'm specifically looking for followup policies. Do you call to check on them, send a card, etc.?
