Vacation and Sick Leave Benefits
Hi, we're looking to update our vacation and sick leave benefits and are wondering what benefits other children's museum offer in terms of vacation and sick leave for full-time and part-time staff. Any detail would be greatly appreciated including the number of days for each, rollover amounts, differences based on tenure, and wait periods etc... Thanks!

Gift shop shrink and loss prevention
Our gift shop is situated on either side of our main entrance in the museum lobby. While this is great from an "exit through the gift shop" perspective, it also leads to an excessive amount of product theft and packaging damage. Short of relocating the gift shop, which isn't really feasible, what methods are you using to help in loss prevention?
