Said: Sorry the oil is for putting on the drill bit while you drill. Shell or like tile in a bathroom. Use a drill bit that would drill through tile. Slower speed the better.

Mounting a shell
We are hoping to mount a few fairly large shells so that visitors can put their ears to them and listen. However, we don't have anyone on staff with experience mounting a natural object like this. I've looked into how to drill into a shell briefly but I'm wondering if anyone has any experience mounting something like this and might have some advice. Thanks!
