Hi All!
Over the past year we have implemented new initiatives to help our part-time floor staff develop new skills when it comes to engaging families during public programming and on the floor. Though the majority of our initiatives have proven somewhat successful, we would like to create a project that involves more formal PD sessions for our floor staff. I would love to connect with others who may have a similar idea or have been successful at implementing similar project...
