Budgeting for a Cafe
If your museum has a cafe I’d love to hear briefly about it if you don’t mind sharing.
We’re an emerging museum putting together our pro forma financials and business plan and I’d love to include a cafe but don’t know the business of them. Just that I value them when I visit cultural institutions with my children and they let us extend our trip in a really enjoyable way.
