End of Birthday Party Procedures
Hi all, We just brought back birthday parties, and we are struggling to get the party hosts and guests to leave the party room when the allotted time is over. They get 15 minutes for set up and then 2 hours in the party room (clean up time built in). After the allotted time, they are allowed to stay in the museum to play, but they are not allowed to stay in the party room, and we are no longer responsible for their belongings. "Who To Call" List for Guest Services
I'm sure everyone has had this issue one time or another, and I've tried to solve it in many different ways over the year, but we've currently got a lot of new Guest Service Associates who are struggling to determine who to call given the various subject matter of incoming phone calls.
I've created similar lists for other organizations in the past, but they've never seemed to truly resonate with a wide array of staff to actually solve the problem long-term.
