Said: Here is what I use. We do short term rentals (up to a week) of our small exhibit pieces. Honestly I stole a lot of the verbage from tool rental agreements at hardware stores. I hope it can help you.

Exhibit Rental Contract Example
Hello! Our museum was recently asked if we would consider renting out some of our mobile "exhibits" and interactives to the school district. Would anyone be willing to share a contract template that they use in their museum for a similar use? I'm just looking for a place to start before sending to the lawyer (who is a volunteer) and insurance company. Thank you so much for your help!
