Schedule Samples for Operating Museums with Medium Size Teams!
Hello!
I am in the process of transitioning from operating with a team of 4 people per day to a team of 8-9 per day. We are opening a brand new exhibit this summer on our third floor that will require additional team members, and I am SUPER excited to be growing my team!
I am currently in the process of reinventing how we schedule our daily rotations and floor programs, and I would like to know if anyone has a sample of their floor rotations schedule that they are willin...

Said: In the past we have used a light sanding to get off dirt and such. I wonder if that sanding could also help out with a few of the less deep marks.
