Employee Cell phone policy
Happy Wednesday all,
We are looking to revise our policies/and our procedures for our staff. Are your staff required to leave phones in locker/staff area? Are they allowed to have their phones on them? Is there disciplinary action if htey are caught using them during open hours, etc.
Thoughts, copies of verbiage, handbook entries, experiences, etc. would be helpful.
thanks!
Julie
