Said: This is also very similar to what we do. I don't like it, but operations always come first, so we kind of just go with it.
Said: Based on Heather's comment, it occurs to me I should specify that for the teens we run group orientation/training sessions, and for the adults it's generally 1:1 because there are so many fewer of them.
