Demographic Information
To the Membership Teams:
Are you collecting demographic information like race, age, zip code, etc? If you are, how are you doing it? In your membership forms or some other way? We are trying to figure out how to see who we are serving and what groups of people we can serve better, but don't know the best way to go about it.
