Leasing/Renting Space
I am looking for any museum that currently leases or rents their space.
We have been approached by the public library about a potential partnership- they want to complete a large expansion and are offering us space in their new building that is larger than our current building's footprint. The programming potential is incredible and there's a possibility for some capital savings for us upfront, compared to the current building we are looking at.
