Mandatory Reporting Best Practices
Hello everyone,
I’m new in my HR role at the Children’s Museum of Atlanta, and as I’ve been meeting with our floor staff, one topic that has come up repeatedly is our responsibility as mandatory reporters of child abuse and neglect. One challenge we, and it seems other museums as well, often face is that we do not always have personal identifying information about the adult [allegedly] engaging in inappropriate or abusive behavior.
