Attendance Policy
We have recently seen an uptick in call outs and lateness. I am curious if anyone has an attendance policy for staff?

Said: Yes, definitely. Northern Wisconsin here. 2025 attendance numbers were down slightly for the whole year too compared to 2024. Weather is a huge pattern indicator for us.
