Post-visit survey? Survey for members who have not returned?
We just reopened on August 17th and are doing timed ticketing, are requiring masks for 2 and up, have improved ventilation, etc. However, the risk from the Delta variant for the unvaccinated is high here so unsurprisingly, our attendance has been low. I was wondering if anyone has been doing post-visit surveys and what questions you are asking. I would like to hear what parents are thinking and if we need to improve but I am also hoping that maybe we can get some positive feedback that w...
