Professional Development for Emerging Leaders
I am new to the non-profit / museum space and am looking for professional development in leadership for my coordinator/director level reports. Has anyone completed the CNP (Certified Non-profit Professional) certificate and would you recommend this? Are there other pathways/certificates that you have completed that were great for emerging leaders in this space?

Measles...anyone dealing with this yet?
I just received news that a family decided to leave the museum over the weekend, because they saw a child with a rash and deciding it was measles, left the museum. The team searched the floor, saw a child with a rash - it appeared to exzema or some other type of childhood rash, and they chose not to address it with the family.
