Visitor Flow Study
Hi all! We're looking to do a flow study of our visitor center this year to improve the way the space is laid out as our visitation has increased over the past few years, with a focus on accessibility. I'm wondering if anyone has participated in such a project and has any recommendations for a place to start/any lessons to share. Thanks very much!
