Birthday Parties - Unruly Behavior
We have been having issues with birthday party child guests being unruly and unsupervised in the museum. We have stated in our code of conduct and our birthday party agreement that children should be supervised at all times. Anu guidance or advice would be appreciated. Birthday parties are a great revenue builder but not at the expense of a poor guest experience by our other guests.
