Anger Management and De-escalation
Here at The Children's Museum at Saratoga we have noticed an uptick in angry people. Inside the Museum and outside in the community, it seems like everyone has a shorter fuse. For example, we recently had birthday party parents get into a heated argument on the Museum floor. Does anyone have a lead on training that would be helpful in training staff how to better deal with the issues?
