"You Break It, You Buy It" policy?
For retail managers or museum shop folks-- Does your museum store have a "you break it, you buy it" policy or similar? If so, do you mind sharing what works for your store? And if not, how do you properly account for that loss? I don't know if it's crazier summer crowds, or less attentive caregivers, but we've had a sharp increase lately of kids ripping open packages. Thanks in advance!
