Best Practices (Or Words of Wisdom and Cautionary Tales) in Separate Entry for Groups and General Visitors
Hello Colleagues!
I am looking for your best practices, words of wisdom, and/or cautionary tales on having separate entrances for groups and general visitors. Do you have two entrances? Do you like it? In particular, how do you staff your group arrival entrance? Do you have different protocols for group arrivals? What types of provisions do you have for busses in terms of drop off or parking? What works best? What did you try and abandon?
