Cleaning: outside contractor vs. hiring internal staff cleaner
For many years our museum has contracted nightly cleaning services from an outside vendor. We are exploring the possibility of switching to hiring staff cleaners as part of the staff. I would love to know if most museums do one or the other and what model seems to be more the industry standard.
