Frontline Training Hangout
Hi There!
Couple of things:
1. Can I be added to the frontline training hangout scheduled for 2/11 that was discussed on the education hang out today? Please and thank you!
2. Does anybody have a suggestion as to free/low-cost trainings SPECFICALLY for our floor managers who are struggling to manage? All amazing humans, but falling short on being the boss instead of the friend. Anything regarding leadership, employee relations, etc.

Has anybody tried creating a "playable gift shop"?
We have a gift shop in our lobby and often find torn open packages, sets with pieces missing, books with ripped pages, etc. This is just kind of a part of having a museum shop full of things for kids, when parents' attention is turned towards the check-in desk. But it does result in a fairly significant amount of "shrink" every year.
