Said: We do it before hours at our museum- Breakfast with Santa! So there is an acts and crafts activity, pancakes, hot coco bar, and of course a photo op with Santa! this is only for members and we do charge an extra fee for this!

Exhibit Swaps - Internal vs External help
I'm looking to connect with other children's museums similar in size to ours on square footage and staffing. We are 38,000 sq ft and have less than 50 staff (PT and FT); we have 2 exhibit team members, myself the Exhibits Manager and an Exhibits Assistant. Currently we have 16 exhibit spaces total, 7 of those transition on a regular basis throughout the year, 1 of those 7 being a traveling exhibit that is filled with rentals 8/12 months.
