Startup Salary Funding
Hello, we are still very much in the "startup" phase of our children's museum. I am looking to hire an Executive and wondering if anyone has any insight into initial funding (besides fundraising). Does anyone have any resources or suggestions on how to navigate the high (but fair) cost of hiring at the Executive Level but maybe not necessarily have all the money in the bank to cover?

Local Healthcare and Educational Partnerships
