Helping Volunteers Engage with Visitors, and suggestions for volunteer management
I'm new to my position, both as at the Duluth Children's Museum and as Education Manager and supervising the volunteers. It also sounds like it's been a while since we've had consistent volunteers. I know what I do to engage the guests, and I try my best to lead by example, as well as giving suggestions, but I definitely feel like I'm not communicating well and end up just seeing some of them standing around not exactly looking welcoming.
