Frontline Staff Customer Service Training
Hi friends, Cayton Children's Museum in Santa Monica, CA is looking to resource our frontline staff with customer service training. Have you come across or experienced great trainings? This could be in person facilitators or online. How are you addressing basic customer service skills? We find that our staff is much younger than the parents we serve and communicating can be a bit intimidating - have you had similar discussions? Looking to gain all the perspectives ~
