First Aid Requirements for Staff
Hello - I am curious what other organizations require in terms of first aid training. Currently, we require it for our day camp counselors and any staff who will be acting as floor supervisors. Is first aid training a requirement in your organization and for what staff members?

Maker/Art Studio Spaces - Workshops
Hello! For those organizations that have maker spaces and/or art studios, do you primarily run limited attendance workshops or do you have "open studios" with open drop-in or a combination of the two? Do you find there are any pros/cons to either model (open drop in or limited workshops)?
