Best Group Communication Platforms
Hey! I'm looking for suggestions for group messaging platforms. Currently, we use GroupMe and email, but a lot of my staff have stated that they don't receive notifications (even if they are turned on) when something is posted or when they are messaged directly. Typically we use the group chat for announcements, short updates, and shift swapping, and I often will use it for messaging it directly since many staff don't frequently check their emails outside of my weekly updates.
