Collecting Emails
Hi all, we are trying to figure out the best way to collect emails from guests who purchase walk-up tickets. While we can gather emails from memberships and reservations, a significant number of our tickets are sold on a walk-up basis. We currently send a feedback survey to guests after their visit, but we miss out on the majority of our visitors using this approach.
