Health Insurance
Hello.
I work at a small ethnic heritage museum. We have 3 full time employees and 1 part time employee. Gift shop and archives are managed by volunteers.
Currently, staff has no health insurance option. Two of us are on the plans of spouses, one is on their parents plan, but are about to age out. As you can imagine, not having health care benefits increases staff turn over and seeds some discontent. Our staff is too small to just have a plan from United H...
