Seeking Museum Operations Manual Examples
We are in the beginning stages of establishing an operations manual for our front-line operations staff that would cover topics such as facilities maintenance/management, opening/closing procedures, safety, cleaning, emergency procedures, contractors, security, etc. Would anyone be willing to share a copy of their operations manual or resources we can use to help with this process?
