Background Checks
I have located a background check company that I am eager to use as we move forward in our next step of bringing on volunteers and another employee within the next year but half of my Board is concerned about asking for social security numbers on a background check. I am concerned about not running a thorough background check without them. What is your advice and experience with this process? What companies do you use and what is the average pricing?
