Frontline Education Training Idea (15-20mins)

I know the topic of training comes up a lot in here and everyone is always looking for resources so I thought id share a quick activity ive been doing with my team this week! Part of my training philosophy is to take every opportunity I have to continually discuss and talk about about education, various teaching strategies, and challenges my team is facing during our morning meetings so that we can continue to grow and learn. Said: We have an automated system that alerts them 3 weeks out. Additionally, every Nov or Dec we call all expired memberships for the year. While this has modest success, we see most renewals occur the next time they stop in to visit.
