Membership Renewal Efforts
Wondering how other museums are communicating with members to let them know their memberships are coming up for renewal or already have expired and encouraging them to renew? What timing (ex: a month before and a month after) and methods (ex: email, mail - letters or postcards, and/or texts/phone calls, etc) are you using?

Said: We spray our hoods and hats with a solution everyday during gallery prep. The recipe is 1/8 cup vodka in 500ml water. We make it on an as needed basis. The bottles will need to be cleaned periodically.
