ISO- Business Planning Recommendations
Hello!
We (at the Long Island Children's Museum) are doing preliminary work to prep for a new interpretive master plan. We are realizing that we would benefit from some support in the business planning side of the equation.

Said: I worked for organizations with an incentive for membership. Here is what we did that worked. Any paid staff (seasonal/pt/ft). It worked very well when it was actively engaged especially during high visitor times. Word-of-mouth is free....
