Minor Volunteers
At this point our volunteer pool has been limited to 18+. We are about to put on our first large fundraiser and a local high school group has offered to assist with the event. We'd like to take them up on this offer. We've adapted our volunteer sign up form to include parent/guardian information, approval, and release of liability language for a parent to sign prior to a minor volunteering. We currently background check all of our volunteers, but unsure on this process for minors. ...
